Jacqueline V. Twillie - Women's Leadership Expert Speaker on Negotiations
About Jacqueline

Hi, I'm Jacqueline the founder of ZeroGap.co, a training, and development firm that specializes in leadership curriculum for women who work in male-dominated industries. I earned an M.B.A. in Leadership from Tiffin University and I'm proud to be an Amazon Best Selling Author.

My life's mission to eliminate the gender wage gap. The wage gap is complex and many factors contribute to it. I firmly believe that I can close the gap in two ways. One teaches women to negotiate so that they don't leave any money on the table. Secondly, provide leadership resources to help women reach and thrive in top positions. Hundreds of women have experienced success in negotiations using a powerful framework that I designed, it's called the L.A.T.T.E. Method. In addition to that, I created the Resilient Leaders Program to support the advancement of women leaders in male-dominated industries.

In this video, I share why I'm on a mission to eliminate the gender wage gap.
