ELIMINATE THE GENDER WAGE GAP

The wage gap is complex and many factors contribute to it. I firmly believe that I can close the gap in two ways. One teaches women to negotiate so that they don't leave any money on the table. Secondly, provide leadership resources to help women reach and thrive in top positions. Hundreds of women have experienced success in negotiations using a powerful framework that I designed, it's called the L.A.T.T.E. Method. In addition to that, I created the Resilient Leaders Program to support the advancement of women leaders in male-dominated industries.
Working With Women
My work with women goes back over a decade with experience as a career mentor for Levo League and The Black Career Women's Network has given me insight into the challenges women face while leading and negotiating. My leadership and negotiation advice has been featured in the press and on the web at Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Essence, Fast Company, NBC Blk, Parade, XONecole, and is committed to raising awareness about the gender wage gap.
In my downtime, I enjoy practicing yoga and cooking. I'm also a bit of a daredevil you can watch her skydive video on YouTube.
