The AHA Method

Three parts for advancing on your own terms, without waiting for the organization to notice you first.

The AHA Method is a three-part leadership method for advancing on your own terms: Attitude, Habits, Actions. It is the backbone of the Resilient Leaders Program, a global cohort Jacqueline has run for Fortune 500 teams. The idea is simple and hard to fake: what you believe sets what you repeat, and what you repeat sets what you achieve.

  1. Attitude

Advancement starts with what you believe you are allowed to ask for. Before you fix any tactic, you fix the story you are telling yourself about your own ceiling. An attitude you have not examined will quietly cap everything downstream of it.

  2. Habits

Attitude only counts once it becomes something you do without being watched. Habits are the small, repeated moves, how you prepare, how you show up, how you follow through, that turn intention into a track record. Visibility is a habit, not an accident.

  3. Actions

The specific, deliberate moves that put your growth in front of the people who decide. Not waiting to be noticed. Naming the outcome you want, asking for it directly, and driving the follow-up yourself.

You do not advance by waiting for the organization to notice you. You advance by deciding what you will do before it does.

Jacqueline built the AHA Method into the Resilient Leaders Program and ran it with 97 professionals across departments and countries, from early-career associates to senior managers. The average session rating was 9.1 out of 10, and participants put the work in the same day, before the program even ended.

Bring the AHA Method to your team.

The Resilient Leaders Program runs the method as a multi-session cohort for organizations developing high-potential and underrepresented leaders.
